The hotel is conveniently located near Dr Beach, making it handy to visit the picturesque Fanad Head area. The rooms offer comfortable beds but lack cleanliness maintenance, and the customer service is attentive. You can also enjoy dining at the award-winning Harry's Restaurant. However, the bathroom cleanliness was neglected, and the price may not fully reflect the value received.
The hotel is in a prime location handy to Derry city centre, close to everything we wanted to see, with the added convenience of having a pub downstairs featuring great entertainment. The rooms were not hovered nor was the bathroom ever cleaned, but they did have comfy beds. However, the customer service was lacking professionalism and efficiency. The dining options were limited to grilled fish which was included in the price. The facilities overall were adequate.
