The hotel is in a prime location handy to Derry city centre, close to everything we wanted to see, with the added convenience of having a pub downstairs featuring great entertainment. The rooms were not hovered nor was the bathroom ever cleaned, but they did have comfy beds. However, the customer service was lacking professionalism and efficiency. The dining options were limited to grilled fish which was included in the price. The facilities overall were adequate.
